Happy Day or Night!

Today I made my New Year's Resolutions, yeah, I know, a little late. Ha Ha! They are very thorough, and I want to try to look at them once a week, to remind myself of them! I watched a good sermon from New Spring Church. It is Lizzie Lavery's church. I also made myself a 2008 report of the past year, for my own benefit, to see what I have done, and some of the things I have learned, and God has been doing.
I went down to the garden patch to get my mom some turnips, I unloaded the back of my dad's truck, and I washed the supper dishes, after the feast my mom made us of pot roasted goose, rice and gravy and turnips. I even found a little bullet ball in my goose. My dad says that the goose was probably a dual citizen of Canada and the U.S.. but it came to its demise in Southern Louisiana, where I think it was shot by some cajun guy, and given to my Grandpa, who then gave it to us! Therein is the story of our supper goose! We watched "Father of the Bride" tonight. Hmmm...really a whole movie about getting ready for a wedding.
